Shipping Information
Hammocks and stands are shipped separately, in two different parcels. The hammock stands are crafted by our trusted partner Tropilex, known for their commitment to quality and sustainability. To ensure fast and reliable delivery, it will be shipped directly by Tropilex in a separate package from your Shaka & Co hammock.
- Hammock box dimensions: 32 × 29 × 12 cm
- Stand box dimensions:
– Chair stand: 175 × 30 × 10 cm
– Single stand: 175 × 46 × 12 cm
– Double stand: 199 × 47 × 12 cm
Tracked and signed-for delivery for every order.
Delivery fees:
- Free delivery in mainland France
- 30€ flat rate for islands and EU countries
- 50€ flat rate for Switzerland
- Estimated delivery time in mainland France: 3 to 6 business days, starting from the order date — or from the estimated shipping date listed on the product page in case of preorders.
- For deliveries to islands, EU countries, or Switzerland: please contact us before ordering.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are accepted for any reason — your hammock must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are also possible within 30 days. However, please note that lead times may apply if you choose a model that is currently on preorder.
