1. About Shaka & Co

Shaka & Co is a small independent brand offering handcrafted hammocks and accessories. All products are designed in France and ethically made by our partners in Thailand and Europe.

2. Prices

All prices are listed in EUR (€) or local currency, including VAT (when applicable), excluding shipping fees.
We reserve the right to update our prices at any time.

3. Orders & Pre-orders

Products marked as “Pre-order” will be shipped according to the estimated delivery date indicated on the product page. Please note that delays may occur.
You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping

We deliver to France and selected EU countries.
Shipping is free in mainland France. Additional charges apply for islands and international destinations.
All packages include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging.
If your item is defective or damaged during transport, please contact us immediately.
Return shipping fees are at your expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Warranty

Our wooden stands are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Our hammocks are not covered by a standard warranty, but we will always try to find a fair solution if there is a problem.

7. Liability

We cannot be held responsible for delays, customs issues, or other external factors once the package is in transit.
We recommend using your hammock and stand responsibly. Improper installation or use may result in injury.
