Shipping
Each Shaka & Co hammock is carefully folded and thoughtfully packaged before shipping.
- Hammock box dimensions: 35 × 25 × 15 cm
- Tracked and signed-for delivery for every order.
Europe :
- Free delivery
- Orders shipped outside the European Union
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and local VAT, payable by the recipient upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the order total. - Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 business days, starting from the order date — or from the estimated shipping date listed on the product page in case of preorders.
Overseas Territories (DROM):
- Shipping to French Overseas Territories is available for a flat rate of €15.
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days.
Rest of the world:
- International shipping is available for a flat rate of €30.
- Estimated delivery time: 10 to 15 business days.
- Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, payable by the recipient.

Return & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are accepted for any reason — your hammock must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are also possible within 30 days. However, please note that lead times may apply if you choose a design that is currently on preorder.
